"The company was extremely quick at getting the order turned around (we had the plaques a full month before the Crossover Ceremony), the quality was second to none, and all the boys' names, Pack #, and dates were perfect. The lettering, and design on the plaques is so flawless that the boys just stared at them in amazement, thrilled to see their names in such perfect detail. You can tell that the company takes great pride in their product just by looking at the craftsmanship displayed in each of the plaques. The plaques are solid high quality wood, laser inscribed with the Arrow of Light design, Scout name, Pack #, and date of the crossover ceremony on the front, the company and artist information on the back, and even came with the hardware to mount them on the wall and pre-drilled holes with hooks to hang the arrows. My son went home and hung the plaque right away in his bedroom. He admires it every day and is so proud of his accomplishments.
As far as communication goes, I emailed Alder Creek Enterprises right after I ordered the plaques to make sure that they had everything they needed to create the plaques, and received an email back right away confirming that they had already started creating them. I even received an email congratulating the boys and making sure that I knew that the plaques had shipped. I would definitely use them again and I know for certain that our Pack's Web 1 group plans to use them when it comes time to order their plaques next year. Unquestionably, this was the easiest part of planning for our Crossover Ceremony."
